New students seeking admission to  Jamia are selected on the basis of their merits in the qualifying entrance test. The candidates are asked to come to Jamia in last week of Shaban. The entrance test is held in the same week for all classes. Those candidates who get the merit, are admitted. The classes are started from 06 shawwal after the completion of admission procedure. A candidate must attach with his admission form, a T.C issued from the previous Madrasa where he pursued his studies and ID proof issued by Indian Government. Foreign students must submit educational visa as well.

ٰInstruction For Filling Online Registration  Form

Before submitting your application for the entrance examination, register yourself on the portal by following the instructions given below. Once you have successfully registered, you may log in and submit your application for admission. Fill all the fields in Urdu, except for Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email. Keep your passport-size photograph and Aadhaar card ready before filling out the form.

1. Click on the Sign-Up Button.

2. Fill in the details asked on the form.

3. Again, click on “Sign Up” button.

4. A Password will be sent to your email id for activate login account.

5. Click on "Sign in" button and enter your email id and enter password which was sent on your email id.

6. Again, click on "Sign in" button.

7. This will open a registration form. Fill all the fields given in registration form.

8. After submitting form a QR code will open for registration fee payment. Scan this QR code and make registration fee payment and enter your payment details given in this payment form.

   You will see a notification "Registration Fee Status: Pending" in notification section after submitting "Registration Fee" form.

    After receiving your fee, your registration status and registration fee status will be activated withing 48 hours in working days.

    If you see "Registration Fee Status: Pending" after 24 hours of fee submission. Please send us your fee payment screenshot. We will verify your payment and after verifying your fee, we will approve your registration.

    Download the admit card by logging into the same portal one week before the entrance examination, and reach the examination centre 15 minutes before the scheduled time along with the admit card
